After the residential summer program, students return to campus for semimonthly meetings. These meetings aim to sustain the intellectual community formed over the summer though continued reading and discussion. Each meeting typically features an activity or guest speaker, including opportunitues to meet and connect with CTW alumni.
Ongoing Mentorship
In the fall, students also meet one-on-one with an undergraduate Residential Teaching Assistant regarding their college essays. For additional support with the college admissions process, students have the option to be paired with a mentor from New Haven Reach, an undergraduate organization at Yale. CTW also provides supplementary letters of recommendation upon request.
